Still nothing from the job front and its making me antsy. But I think I will give it one more day and call tomorrow. Yeah thats good.

I was almost stranded on campus yesterday. I laid out my bus pass, change and wallent on the counter before I left, I made some calls and before I knew it it was almost time for the bus to come about. I dashed outside and found a quarter in my pocket from a previous trip, caught the bus and got to campus. I was on my way to the ICT Lab when I discovered I didnt have anything but my phone. After running my errands I called some people on campus, they were all out or at lunch. Finally I got a hold of someone and they gave me a ride back.

I went to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory last night with a friend at the 2.50 theatre. I will never get tired of that movie, Depp is an awesome actor. I noticed the small guy they have dancing the oompa loompa musical scenes is the same one from Big Fish, in the scene with Danny Devito I think. I knew I saw him from somewhere. THe scene where the little dolls singing melt, its cool and creepy, something only Burton can accomplish. Friday I think we will be seeing the Corpse Bride, tonight I think I will be going to the Bonfire.

I like this city, besides the fact that its hot in the summer, its quiet, its has that small town charm which is rare in Gallup and non-existant in Albuquerque and Phoenix. Its not too congested and its not too big, although it is spread out its really nice. Although I would like to stay here for a while.

I am pressured into deciding whether to move home or to Albuquerque. I really dont want to move to Gallup, unless I get my own place, then I can "rescue" my brother and let him focus more on school and get him into experiencing the world and going out on his own. If he learns to adapt then maybe I can coerce him into possibly going to Albuquerque and UNM, or back down here, and maybe I can get back into school. One place I always liked was Durango, its nice and green and mountanous, plus its a small town with something new. I was always fascinated with Colorado ever since I went down there on a family trip many moons ago and again three years ago for business. I am still deciding.

Hmmmmm banana bread... *nibble* *nibble*
