And On We Blindly Stumble! 3.4

I had written out a large amount a few minutes ago but Blogger or IE was kind enough to give me a 500 error and as a result of farkness I ended up losing all of it including my thoughts on Lords 3 (honestly i did). I hate Internet Exploiter, I also use Firefox, but I have a lot invested in IE so most of the time I have to resort to it.

Longhorn SDK has come a long way since MS came out with the earlier screen shots, right now it looks like XP but with some tools remenescent of Windows NT 4.0, rehashed tools and dev sources from other MS apps, and basically looks like a hacked XP GUI with a awful color scheme. There is also some farily useless tools along with a more cluttered UI.

Overall with everybody I can say that this is nothing more than XP with a boob job and a scheme to pinch every penny from people who are foolish enough to have the latest window. But then again this is still a work in progress and a lot of effort is being put into this project, there is bound to be more fixes and tools that are useful.

Personally I will stick with XP Pro and Knoppix.

Uggh, what an awful night. Had heartburn and it annoyed me to no end, kept me up all night.
Note: Never eat pizza 3 hours before bedtime.
I get wierd dreams when I get like this.
Its going to be a long day...

Well it happened again, I burned my self at work again, on the fry warmer hood, not once, but twice on Friday! As I was loading fries into a bag for a drive through order i glanced the hood and gave myuself a small burn on my left hand at the back of my hand on the left side below the thumb, then as I was doing the same thing an hour later I hurt my other hand, little below my fourth finger below the knuckle. This time much worse, even than my previous burn. So after doing a little dance from the pain I reported it, got some medicine sprayed on it and a bandage and covered it all with a glove.I tstarted hurting only after i spilled some concentrated heavy cleaner on it and it started turning purple. but nothing happened. Right now the skin is peeling, but it looks like its healing.

I fell at work today, again, bad this time. I was looking for the broom and collector when I noticed against the wall, clear on the other side of the dining room, already feeling agitated because some people didnt give me the right instructions and I ended up keeping a customers order longer than it should have, as I was walking there one of my other coworkers who started around the same time I did was mopping, neglecting to put up those we floor signs I didnt see the puddle of water and I ended up slipping a good 3 feet before I landed hard on my knees, luckily I didnt hear a snap or crack, I was down for 5 seconds, brushed myself off and walked to the broom and went into the little hall to the bathrooms, there I collapsed, the pain was so intense! I was helped into the back and got an ice pack for my knee, I sat there for 15 minutes, my manager checking up on me and my coworker saying she was sorry. My knee continued to throb with stinging pain andI have this wierd huge bump below my knee.

Got paid today, nothing much to do, got back from watching Man On Fire, it was very good. We planned on catching Shrek 2 last week but we didnt get the chance but my roomates sister and cousin watched it before us, we were going to watch it this evening, but we missed it but our second choice was a good one. After that went to Wal Mart, I finally got something for myself, Lords of the Realm 3 and Big Fish, I also got a box fan and some candy, plus some other essentials. We just got done with Big Fish, It was a really good movie. Right now my roomate is bleaching his hair so he can dye it red, only he put too much bleach in his hair and now the top is almost a whiteish blonde. Last time he got his hair done me and Cortney did it and it came out pretty good, although it didnt work too well becaus ehe had a dark color and it didnt suit him.

Well its late and I have work early tomorrow so im calling it a nite. Expect a review of Lords 3 tomorrow. After work.
