Well "orientation" is pretty much the same thing the old "you work for the customer" and "the customer pays your salary" BS, nothing different except there was more interaction, which means we got to demonstrate to each other how to take a person's order, how to act, what to say, stuff like that, pretty much what we did my first orientation. Then Thursday we get to do it all over again, but this time we do other stuff, ie: take phone orders and proper etiquette for drive through.

It rained this evening, it got so cool out side I opened all the windows and put my fan at the window to bring in as much fresh rain smell and cool air in around the apartment. I was ready to drive to the pond just to see and smell the rain and just to be at the pond (you get so much freedom with a car), but there is little gas in the Durango, I put in my last two dollars in after orientation. I also noticed the gas prices have gone down too, now instead of asking for souls and limbs they ask for fingers and digits.

I noticed the new Gmail, google's new email service, has gotten quite popular and now everyone wants an address. Every now and then I will recieve a request asking for an invite. I got mine through one of my tech buddies when it first got out. A gig of space (amazingly which none goes toward spam) and what looks like unlimited transfer space on emails. So far I have sent out several and I dont have that many left. Does anyone want one? Any takers? thought so. Yahoo upgraded their accounts too, about 100 megs of space, now I dont bottom out when I check my email because of all the spam.

I am actually feeling lonely, I kind of miss hanging around all the people we used to back during the semester, even though my roomates friends were a hinderance, they were cool to talk to. My old friend back home has just gotten so obnoxious and angsty that I dont even want to hang around him, he is just bumming around in Gallup and he has nothing better to do than work and hang out at Denny's. But I think I will manage, at work I was already asked to sow off some of my skills at some games, but I cant make it. Sucks. I really want to go home, even if its just for the weekend, I miss my family. I keep missing my mom's phone calls and now I am homesick. Called my grandparents Saturday, it seems everyone was home. I guess I negelected to take advantage of the moments of having family close a long time ago.

Well its late and I have work so off to bed I go.
